House Accounts
Members with a stored credit card on file will now have House Account privileges, which is essentially like a virtual line of credit. This functionality will provide members with an additional payment option, called a ‘house charge’, enabled for specific expenses. House charges for programs will be invoiced at time of purchase, while lessons and court reservations are invoiced at the time of the reservation or lesson. All house charges are accumulated on your House Account invoice and will be processed weekly on Mondays.
Allowable House Charges include:
- Programs and Group Activities (i.e. Men’s Night, Ladies Day, etc.)
- Lessons
- Court Reservations
This benefit will only be available to members with a stored card on file who choose to use it. All guests and members will continue to have the ability to pay with a stored card, new card or cash.
PDF Statements
Another billing enhancement we think you’ll be excited to see is the ability to view your billing statements online. This will be a great resource for those who chose to utilize the house account functionality as it will itemize your week’s charges and give you the ability to review prior and after charges are made. However, the system will keep an itemized statement for every charge on your account, regardless if you chose to pay as you go, or utilize your house account. |
