Based on the extensive feedback, we have partnered with the country’s leading facility management software provider to offer you a friendlier, easier and more trusted resource to manage your scheduling and billing activity with VTC. We will release this new software the first week of January and share the many enhancements and features with you via email and on-site demos during December.
Enhancements include:
- 7-day advance court booking and the ability to choose specific courts
- Ability to pay house account charges with stored credit card information
- Weekly payment processing for house account charges
- Self-managed notification portal with email and text message options
- PDF billing statements
- Built-in split fee billing functionality for lessons and court bookings
- Member lookup to add members and guests to court reservations and lessons
- Ability to link family member’s profiles
- And more!
